Throughout the year, DQ® fans demonstrate commitment to creating memorable moments and making a difference in how Nicklaus Children’s Hospital through Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals cares for kids. DQ® doesn’t just have food and treats that put a smile on your face– DQ® creates meaningful moments for kids and families in our community.

Participating DQ® locations invite you starting June 1st to buy a balloon and provide needed funds for local member hospitals to help bring health and hope for kids treated in South Florida.

Your donations help Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals support the health of kids like Barbie, who has benefited from the care made possible through generous donations. Barbie was just two years old when she was first diagnosed with pediatric cancer, acute lymphoblastic leukemia. She began treatment in her home country of Venezuela, but after the cancer came back for a second time, the family traveled to Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami to fight the cancer for good. Thanks to novel treatment she received at Nicklaus Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Institute, Barbie is now in remission, thriving, and dancing every day. She’s proof that even the biggest challenges can’t stop a determinded spirit!
